Afan Tyre Discount Centre Ltd is a family run business located in Port Talbot since 1978.

Having been in business for almost 47 years, we have always aimed to be your one-stop-shop for everything ranging from new tyres, valves and wheel balancing etc.

We provide high quality alloy wheel refurbishment and repair, including aqua blasting and shot blasting, powder coating and diamond cutting for domestic and commercial sectors to Port Talbot and surrounding areas.  We offer services particularly unique throughout Wales and have installed a wheel refurbishment plant with the best equipment with competitive prices.

With the above just a selection of the services we aim to provide, we also supply and fit high performance new tyres (including tyres for commercial and earthmovers), wheel balancing, wheel alignment (both 2 wheel and 4 wheel alignment) using a state of the art Hunter wheel alignment system.  We also offer a commercial 24-hour breakdown service.

I own a 2016 Jaguar XF Sport 2.0L and on Sat just gone had an accident while traveling home, no one was hurt and only I was involved, however I damaged 2 of my near side alloy wheels and after having a shock quote of Jaguar of £500 for just one alloy. I was given Afan Discount Tyres Centre details and I am so glad I contacted them.

They refurbished 2 of my alloys to a very high standard and I had to have a new tyre as well, the entire bill came to under £200 including vat.  As I say the work was carried out to a very high standard and I am so glad I went to them.

Good morning

I don`t usually write reviews for services which I have paid for, but on this occasion I think that the service and exceptional workmanship warrants it.  Having had my BMW wheels refurbished by AFAN TYRES, one of the wheels had been heavily curbed but after they had finished I couldn’t tell which one, they were like new, many thanks again for the exceptional workmanship and service.
